Each Accurist watch comes with a commitment to quality after sales service. Our customer service team is dedicated to providing expert servicing from bracelet adjustments to full overhaul. We pride ourselves in identifying our customer’s requirements and reacting to their individual needs. An expert watchmaker personally services each watch and Accurist guarantees quality at every step of the process.

 

ACCURIST FULL MOVEMENT SERVICE

The watch movement forms the beating heart of your Accurist watch. In order to keep your Accurist watch in full working order we recommend a Full Movement Service by expert Accurist watchmakers at least every 2 years.

The Accurist Full Movement Service includes:
  • Assessment and diagnostics by an expert Accurist Watchmaker
  • Full overhaul of watch movement including specialised cleaning and lubrication
  • Replacement movement (if required)
  • Fitting of a new battery
  • Resealing and pressure testing (where applicable)
  • Any minor repairs required to meet the Accurist Quality Standard
  • Use of genuine Accurist parts throughout
  • Accurist Quality Standard testing by Senior Accurist Watchmaker
  • 24-48 Hour Functional Test to ensure your watch is in perfect working order
  • 6 month service guarantee

 

Accurist Part Service

Occasionally, a full movement service may not be necessary or a specific repair is required. Under these circumstances, an Accurist Part Service may be requested.

The Accurist Part Service includes:

  • Assessment and diagnostics by an expert Accurist Watchmaker
  • Any repairs required to meet the Accurist Quality Standard
  • Use of genuine Accurist parts throughout
  • Accurist Quality Standard testing by Senior Accurist Watchmaker
  • 6 month service guarantee

 

Sending your Watch for Service

Please follow these steps to send your watch to the Accurist Service Department:

  • Pack the watch well in a padded envelope (please do not send watch presentation box as this will not be returned)
  • Enclose with the watch:
    • a covering note detailing your contact details and your service requirements
    • your guarantee (if applicable)
    • £12/€15 cheque made payable to ‘Time Products (UK) Ltd’ to cover handling costs. Please note, this cost is to cover the handling and not the service of the watch.
  • Send the watch to the following address (we recommend using recorded or special delivery)
